About The Position
RJ Schinner is a growing, family-owned wholesale redistributor with over 70 years of success, operating 20 distribution centers across the US and employing over 600 people. They provide disposable paper, cleaning, and food service packaging products to distributors in 48 states. Headquartered in Menomonee Falls, WI, RJ Schinner was founded in 1951 and has been recognized on Deloitte's 2023 Wisconsin 75 and BizTimes' Future 50 Program. This seasonal position is for a Warehouse Associate on the first shift during the summer peak season, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, or as needed. The role assists the Receiving Team with unloading trailers and containers and is responsible for general warehouse upkeep.
Requirements
- Able to follow all safety protocols
- High degree of attention to detail
- Ability to lift to 50-75 lbs. frequently
- Comfortable with exposure to environmental conditions (e.g., heat/cold; noise and dust)
Responsibilities
- Unloads 1-2 container and trailer floor loads daily
- Receives and transports products to appropriate locations
- Uses RF scanners
- Maintains warehouse organization and cleanliness
- Other duties as assigned
