About The Position

Imperial Dade is seeking a Warehouse Associate for their Hialeah, FL location. This role is crucial for maintaining warehouse operations, including selecting and locating merchandise, ensuring cleanliness, and handling loading and unloading of goods. The associate will fulfill customer orders using pick tickets or an RF scanner, build pallets efficiently, and ensure skids are moved to the correct locations or trucks. This position is part of a dynamic and growing team within a leading distributor of foodservice packaging and janitorial supplies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• 1-year minimum of warehouse experience
• 1 year of high-volume order selecting
• 1 year of experience with a ride-on electric pallet jack
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted
• A collaborative, team-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Select and locate merchandise
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness
• Loading and unloading inbound/outbound shipments
• Fulfill customer orders using pick tickets or an RF scanner
• Efficiently build pallets
• Ensure skids are brought to the correct locations/trucks
• Review incoming material orders/pick tickets
• Locate materials on shelves in the warehouse
• Place materials on the order picker, forklift, or pallet jack
• Deliver items to the loading area to be wrapped and put on a delivery truck
• Unload trucks
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized
• Work in a collaborative, team environment
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
