About The Position

Automated Lifestyles is seeking a trustworthy individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate. This role is crucial for ensuring our warehouse runs smoothly, supporting our installation teams by managing inbound deliveries and staging outbound pick-ups. The ideal candidate enjoys organization, takes pride in their work, and understands the importance of a well-prepared warehouse for successful installations. This is an in-person role located at 1203 Mt Cobb Rd, Mt Cobb, PA 18436.

Requirements

Ability to safely lift and move televisions, speakers, boxes, and equipment weighing 50+ pounds.
Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, and basic office software.
Ability to work independently while supporting the installation team.
A steady work history (3 years between job changes).
High EQ.

Nice To Haves

Interest in working at a will-call style warehouse.
Interest in managing inbound deliveries and staging outbound pick-ups (technicians & RMA's).

Responsibilities

Prepare and receive shipments.
Organize and store inventory in designated locations.
Ensure accurate stock levels in the warehouse and fleet vehicles.
Update inventory records and track product movement using warehouse software.
Create and process vendor RMAs.
Pick, pack, and accurately prepare kits for on-time pick-up.
Deliver products, kits, or supplies to the field when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions (receipts, shipments, and stock movement).
Report on inventory levels, order fulfillment, and warehouse performance.
