About The Position
NEPA Wholesale is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role includes shipping, receiving, inventory handling, and order fulfillment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This role plays a key part in supporting our retail and wholesale network, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth through consistent performance and execution.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience required
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs consistently
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods
- Basic English communication
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Must have basic computer skills
Nice To Haves
- Spanish language skills are a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and on time
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming shipments
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
- Move and store products safely within the warehouse
- Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock counts
- Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
