About The Position

This position follows the assignments of the Warehouse Manager, Supervisors, and Leads for delivering food, beverage, and other products throughout the entire venue in a timely manner. The role involves delivering stock to all concessions stands, premium spaces, portables, adjacent soccer fields, and commissaries. Flexibility in rotating assignments and schedules is expected. The associate will also help keep assigned areas clean and organized.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Willingness to work in an outdoor stadium subject to adversarial weather (ex. freezing temperatures, rain, sleet, snow & hot, mid-summer days).
• TEAM Alcohol Server certification, or ability to complete training (offered at new hire orientation).
• Ability to promote and participate in a team environment.
• Ability to understand written and oral direction and to communicate same with others.
• Requires occasional lifting of up to 75 pounds in weight (boxes, kegs, etc.).
• Hours are often extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays, especially on event dates.
• Must have a working email to communicate with the Concessions and Legends management teams.
• Must be available for the majority of Colorado Rapids games, which take place on Saturdays & Wednesdays: August 1st, 15th, 19th, 29th September 12th, 19th October 10th, 14th, 24th, 31st.
• Must be available for Colorado Rapids 2 minor league games (Sundays).
• Additional events & concerts may be added at a later date.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to a Warehouse Lead.
• Assist in receiving and distributing deliveries.
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse and dock area.
• Restock stands with food and beverage products.
• Inspect stands for deficiencies and take appropriate corrective action.
• Assist with moving any equipment as required for stadium events.
• General housekeeping and cleaning as needed around the Concessions areas.
• Read and understand Banquet Event Orders (BEO) and various menus.
