About The Position

Paramount Builders is seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to ensure smooth operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active, working with their hands, and contributing to a team focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences. Experience in warehouse operations, construction, shipping/receiving, manufacturing, or landscaping is welcomed.

Requirements

• Dependable team player who enjoys physical work and takes pride in staying organized
• Ability to frequently lift 50+ pounds
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors as needed
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse, shipping/receiving, inventory, construction, or general labor experience preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus (not required—we'll train the right person)

Responsibilities

• Load and unload vendor deliveries safely and efficiently
• Pull and stage materials for scheduled installation jobs
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
• Maintain accurate warehouse inventory levels
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
• Work closely with branch leadership and installation teams
• Follow safety procedures while handling materials and equipment
