About The Position

The Warehouse Associate position is a full-time role responsible for various tasks within the warehouse, including picking and packing orders, organizing and maintaining inventory, conducting inventory counts, and ensuring accurate record-keeping. This role also involves operating material handling equipment and adhering to company safety policies. Requirements

• Proficient with computer software and applications, including Microsoft software.
• Ability to read and write in English proficiently, including interpreting documents, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, invoices, shipping/packing lists, and materials lists.
• Ability to accurately calculate figures and amounts.
• Ability to understand and carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

Responsibilities

• Picks and Packs Orders, ensuring all orders have been pulled and labeled correctly and are ready for distribution to other associates for jobs.
• Properly organizes and categorizes warehouse as well as upkeeps warehouse maintenance including, but not limited to, sweeping and cleaning warehouse area.
• Stocks and maintains inventory of parts, materials and supplies and communicates with management about low or out of stock material in a timely and efficient manner.
• Conducts various physical inventory counts regularly.
• Keeps detailed records of material paperwork, including physical paperwork as well as electronic through data entry.
• Follows Company safety policies and procedures.
• Unloads and Loads Trucks/Work Trucks and Vans when needed and ensures all materials are put away in proper location in a neat and orderly manner.
• Operates material and handling equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks
• Other work-related tasks as assigned by management.
