About The Position

Join the Brownells team in Grinnell as a Warehouse Associate and help pick, pack, receive and ship products to customers across the country. No warehouse experience is required. If you're dependable, ready to work and willing to learn, we'll provide the training you need to be successful.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Dependable and able to maintain regular attendance
• Comfortable working on your feet throughout the shift
• Able to lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable using basic technology and willing to learn our systems
• Able to work accurately and safely in a team environment
• Available to work overtime as business needs require

Nice To Haves

• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick products accurately to fill customer orders
• Pack and prepare orders for shipment
• Receive, stock and organize incoming inventory
• Use handheld scanners and warehouse inventory systems
• Move products throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support other fulfillment areas as needed to meet customer demand
