About The Position

We are looking for motivated Warehouse Associates who are fluent in both English and Spanish and who are eager to grow into future leadership roles. This position is not just a job—it’s a career track designed to help you develop into a Lead Associate and beyond. As a Warehouse Associate, you’ll perform a variety of responsibilities including: Loading, unloading, selecting, and moving freight, Auditing, repacking, sorting, and palletizing, Maintaining warehouse organization, housekeeping, and safety, Supporting teammates and assisting site leadership.

Requirements

• Bilingual (English and Spanish) – required to support diverse teams and communication
• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic; fast-paced, physical environment
• Ability to lift and carry 25–75 lbs. (materials handled will vary)
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience required
• Desire to grow into a leadership role

Responsibilities
