Requirements

Great attitude and work ethic; ability to work well with others â€“ Being a team player is a must!
Professional appearance and manner
Attention to written instructions: Able to follow assembly instructions, driving directions and other written documentation
Ability to accurately gather materials for specific orders
Customer service focus
Experience accurately measuring and cutting carpentry materials required
Must be able to repeatedly lift 50-75 lbs., climb and work from ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks associated with construction projects
Safety-oriented
Open to and able to learn
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record is required
Smart Phone, for job-related navigation and app use
High school diploma or GED is required
Ability to pass a drug test and background check

Nice To Haves

Forklift certified is preferred but willing to train
Experience stocking and pulling materials in a warehouse environment is preferred
Experience in the window replacement industry is a plus

Responsibilities

Adhere to safety / OSHA regulations
Learn and apply Lean Principles
Unloading/loading installation trucks
Work with vendors and suppliers
Site runs to supply needed materials to the various job sites around the San Diego area and beyond
Materials pickup
Receiving orders
Staging of construction materials for installation crews
Window fabrication and final assembly
Maintain clean working areas
