About The Position

This role is responsible for daily operations in the warehouse by accepting daily deliveries from UPS of amalgam separators, removing those deliveries from their packaging for storage and shipment, packaging amalgam separators for shipment with accurate and appropriate labelling as needed, assisting with the preparation and loading of FTL (Full Truck Load) shipments and ISO (intermodal) shipping containers for transport and helping maintain the warehouse. This role is directly involved in all areas of the warehouse’s functions including daily warehouse tasks and maintenance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) experience preferred
• Forklift Certification preferred (will provide training and maintenance)
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs loading and unloading products
• Available to work Monday-Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
• Must pass pre-employment background screen

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years in a warehouse environment preferred, but not required. Training will be provided

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse operations including opening upwards of 150 boxes per day and placing them into plastic totes for storage and shipment
• Prepare plastic totes for domestic and international shipment with appropriate and accurate weighing and labelling as directed
• Prepare outgoing orders for shipment to customers, accurately recording serial numbers on relevant products as needed
• Occasionally perform data entry into Excel sheets on daily deliveries received and additional data entry tasks as needed
• Submit weekly, monthly and yearly reports, as required only to cover absences
• Provide maintenance to warehouse as directed by Operational Manager
