About The Position

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers to support warehouse operations. The role contributes to the smooth functioning of the warehouse by handling packages, maintaining quality, and following safety protocols. Package Handlers unload trailers, sort packages by ZIP code, and load trucks for delivery. Teamwork is important to completing the work. The position is based at 16171 Premiere Park Dr, Suite 145, Fort Myers, FL 33913. It pays $16 per hour and is part-time, approximately 25–30 hours per week across variable days, typically 4–5 days per week. Shifts begin at 2:00 a.m. and run until 7:00 a.m. or until the sort is complete. Hours may vary based on business needs; “End of Sort” includes completion of required daily sort work and cleanup activities as directed by site management.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to remain on your feet while working.
• Ability to work in warehouse heat and cold as temperatures vary by season.
• Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and/or move items averaging 50 pounds and occasionally up to 75 pounds.
