About The Position

Builders Interiors in Nampa is searching for a full-time warehouse associate. This role involves managing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and occasionally assisting other departments, including delivering product and helping with cabinetry and lockouts in the field. Builders Interiors is a sister company to CBH Homes, which has been building homes in Idaho since 1992 and is recognized as Idaho's #1 homebuilder and a nationally recognized company. This position will relocate to a new headquarters in Caldwell, Idaho, in 2027.

Requirements

• High School or equivalent preferred
• Construction knowledge preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Team player with strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• Construction experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize incoming materials using Fishbowl Inventory program and Builder Trend.
• Pick, pack, and prepare daily orders for subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts.
• Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and safe.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
• Assist with field repairs, including tile fixes, flooring fixes, and carpet retucks.
