Requirements

1-2 years' experience
US Person status as defined by ITAR Regulations
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
Regular and predictable attendance required
Basic Computer
Data Entry
Effective communication, teamwork, coordination, planning, prioritizing, time management, inventory control, record keeping, equipment maintenance, and reliability
Keen attention to detail
U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.
ITAR requirement
Some positions will require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements.
This position requires access to information that is subject to compliance with the International Traffic Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”). In order to comply with the requirements of the ITAR and/or the EAR, applicants will be asked to provide specific documentation to verify U.S. person status under the ITAR and the EAR. A “U.S. person” according to their definition is a U.S. citizen, U.S. lawful permanent resident (green card holder), or protected individual such as a refugee, or asylee. See 22 CFR 120.15.

Responsibilities

Inspect and identify aircraft parts and receive them into computer software applications
Load/unload inventory onto shipping containers and flatbed trucks
Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders and requisitions to determine items to be pulled from inventory
Package parts to ship to customers using specific packaging methods to ensure that the parts are fully protected and compliant to customer specifications
Maintain inventory controls by documenting part traceability and storing pictures using the company’s network drive and applications
Pull parts from specific locations within the warehouse and stage them in areas for preparation of shipments
Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate methods
Validate and record amounts of materials or items received, distributed or cycle counted via appropriate computer program
Weigh, count and inspect items to ensure conformance to established standards
Assist in counting, tarping and movement of physical inventory
Complete requisition forms to order supplies from other departments
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Maintain quality service by following organization standards
