About The Position

TCH Industries is seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join their team in Cleveland, OH. This is a full-time, high-volume, fast-paced warehouse production role where you will be performing repetitive assembly-line tasks as part of a larger team. Prior experience in the hose industry is not required, as training will be provided. The ideal candidate is reliable, can maintain production pace, follows instructions carefully, and prioritizes safety. This position serves as an excellent entry point into TCH Industries, with opportunities for growth into senior roles.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Ability to perform repetitive tasks quickly and accurately for full shifts
Reliable attendance - this is a team environment and your presence matters
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly
Basic math skills and ability to read work orders
Positive attitude and willingness to follow direction

Nice To Haves

Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or assembly experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Perform repetitive assembly-line tasks to build and prepare industrial hose orders for shipment
Follow work orders, checklists, and supervisor instructions to meet daily production targets
Conduct basic visual inspections to verify completed assemblies meet quality standards
Keep your work area clean, organized, and free of hazards
Safely operate hand tools and basic production equipment (training provided)
Complete production logs and paperwork accurately
Work cooperatively with your team to hit team output goals
