About The Position

Looking for a fast-paced, hands-on career with growth potential? We’re seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our growing operations in New Jersey. We're currently hiring for Inbound/Unloaders, Sweepers, and Order Picking positions. In this role, you'll help keep products moving through our operation by loading, unloading, organizing, and preparing shipments using a combination of manual and powered equipment, including electric pallet jacks, pacers, and forklifts. Earn a $750 Sign-On Bonus! $375 after successfully completing 60 working days. $375 after successfully completing 90 working days.

Requirements

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to lift and move products weighing 50-70 pounds (depending on position)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in warehouse environments with varying temperatures and noise levels
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays when required
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Pallet jack, forklift, and warehouse equipment experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Unload inbound trailers safely and efficiently
• Palletize and sort products
• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory
• Perform general warehouse duties
• Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and safety
• Move and stage pallets and products throughout the warehouse
• Sweep and transfer product to designated areas
• Support inbound and order-picking operations
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Accurately pick and prepare customer orders
• Verify product quantities and locations
• Stage completed orders for shipment
• Meet productivity and quality standards
• Work safely and efficiently in a team environment
