About The Position

American Lumper Services is seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our small, dedicated team in Deforest. This is a direct hire, full-time position focused on general warehouse duties. The role involves loading and unloading trucks, sorting product, and stacking and moving pallets. We are looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, can maintain a quick pace with the workload, and takes pride in doing a job well. This is a steady, long-term opportunity with no seasonal fluctuations.

Requirements

• Attention to detail is a must - for sorting
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift 50+lbs consistently
• Must have a positive, mature attitude
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to speak and read English
• Must be able to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading trucks
• Sorting product
• Stacking and moving pallets
• Performing other duties as assigned
• Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch
