Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old

• Basic math skills
• Ability to read and speak basic English
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to meet productivity expectations
• Ability to work in refrigerated and dry warehouse areas

Nice To Haves

• No warehouse experience required. We welcome candidates from warehouse, retail, grocery, stocking, production, restaurant, construction, delivery, and other hands-on backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately
• Load fresh food products onto route delivery trucks
• Place products correctly in totes and minimize damage
• Verify products, pricing, and date codes
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Assist with unloading and organizing incoming products
• Follow food safety and product temperature requirements
• Complete required safety and job training
• Work with teammates to meet daily productivity goals
