About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and providing excellent customer service. The associate will be responsible for receiving and stocking inventory, fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently, and contributing to inventory management. Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment is also a key responsibility.

Requirements

Able to lift up to 70 pounds.
Able to unload containers and trucks (up to 700 cartons).
Reliable, consistent, and on-time.
Able to work in a multi-task environment that requires shifts in direction to serve the needs of the business.
Outstanding listening skills.
Team player who works well with others and is respectful.
Able to work some Saturdays.
Moderate computer literacy.
Speaking and understanding others in person and by walkie-talkie.
Extended periods of time standing and walking.

Nice To Haves

2+ years warehouse experience preferred.
Bilingual English and Spanish fluency preferred.
High school or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Receive and put away incoming shipments, including cabinets and vanities in cartons, windows, and boxed doors.
Provide friendly, timely, and accurate customer service in picking, packing, and loading orders.
Assist with cycle counts and inventory control as requested.
Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
