About The Position

The Warehouse Associate will perform daily order pick, pack and ship functions, repacking orders as needed; conduct quality review of incoming and outgoing shipments; and follow order flow and sequencing. The work environment is an indoor warehouse and the employee is exposed to a temperature-controlled climate. The floors may be concrete, laminate or carpet in the warehouse and interior office. The employee must learn and follow safety protocols and is subject to random drug testing.

Requirements

• Experience working with warehouse fulfillment with order variations.
• Strong attention to detail, work accuracy and problem solving.
• Experience using a warehouse management system (WMS).
• Strong willingness to learn and follow detailed instructions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work well with others.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and accurately pick, pack and ship customer orders, weighing and repacking orders as needed.
• Ability to manage merchandise order variation.
• Utilize warehouse management system (WMS) to process and follow order sequence, adjusting to sequence changes.
• Coordinate corporate quality assurance requirements for incoming and outgoing shipments including the inspection and release prescription-level products.
