About The Position

SPAR Canada is seeking Warehouse Associates to support the warehouse operations of a major retailer. This role is crucial to the success of the business, requiring individuals who are organized, attentive to detail, and capable of lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout a full shift while on their feet. Comprehensive training and opportunities for career advancement are provided, suitable for both entry-level and experienced candidates. This is a temporary assignment with an immediate start date.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience
One year prior warehouse or general labor experience a plus but not required
Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds with prolong standing
Experience working in a physically-demanding and fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for warehousing duties and the ability to communicate in English
Reliable, safe and a team player!

Responsibilities

Process and build fixture kits and palletize and shrink wrap for shipment to retail locations
Ensure accurate and timely processing of all shipments to retail locations
Attend all trainings and follow all safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
Report to work on time and complete all job tasks as assigned accurately and on time
Engage in problem solving to support continuous improvement
Maintain a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment
Adhere to dress code including steel-toed safety shoes
