Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous experience in manufacturing operations helpful

Responsibilities

  • Operate company trucks for pick up and deliveries to customers or vendors as well as material shuttles between Tray-Pak buildings.
  • Maintain truck cleanliness and operation efficiency.
  • Operate company vehicles in a safe and courteous manner.
  • Maintain the highest level of professionalism with internal and external customers.
  • Document any finished goods movement in accordance with current procedure.
  • Load and unload trucks. Place received goods at specified areas in the Warehouse.
  • Verify accuracy of all Warehouse documentation to include all Shipping/Receiving paperwork, Tally Sheets, Transfer sheets, Load Tags, Pick Tickets, BOL’s and Packing Lists.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with Food Safety standards.
  • Provide raw material requirements for current shift or as required for shift transition (Stock, sheet, cartons, polybags, etc.).
  • Place inbound material at specified area and record in accordance with current procedure.
  • Become completely familiar with all safety equipment and follow established safety practices at all times.
  • Report all safety hazards or violations to Management promptly.
  • Verify incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, etc.
  • Maintain daily shipping, receiving and locator records in accordance with current procedures.
  • Must adhere to Tray-Pak Good Manufacturing Practices, GMP’s.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by Team Leader or Manager.
