Responsibilities

• Load and unload incoming freight/products
• Stock shelves
• Use handheld barcode scanners
• Unload trucks
• Receive/check in products, report shortages, outages, damages
• Put stock away in proper pre-determined locations
• Maintain proper bin labeling
• Pull & stage customer orders, surplus, branch transfers
• Maintain safe, clean & organized warehouse
• Advise manager of recommendations for an efficient warehouse operation
• Help to control expenses
• Maintain proper operation of material handling equipment such as forklifts
• Assist in loading trucks
• Assist in pulling counter orders/requests
• State materials for tag-n-hold, clearance & defectives
