About The Position

American Lumper Services is seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join their team in Deforest. This full-time, direct-hire position involves general warehouse duties such as loading and unloading trucks, sorting product, and stacking and moving pallets. The role requires the ability to think quickly, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds. The team sorts freight and loads trucks for overnight delivery in a steady, but not overly strenuous, environment. Teamwork is emphasized to ensure efficient operations.

Requirements

• Attention to detail is a must - for sorting
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to lift 50+lbs consistently
• Must have a positive, mature attitude
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Drug/Alcohol free work environment
• Must be able to speak and read English
• Must be able to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience is a plus
• Forklift experience a PLUS!
