About The Position

Eckart LLC is seeking an energetic, hardworking, and efficient individual for their Warehouse/Wire Cutter Associate position. This role involves fast-paced, behind-the-scenes work with physical labor and requires good time management skills. Eckart LLC is a full-service, wholesale distributor of electrical, lighting, plumbing, HVAC, power and hand tools, with over 50 years of industry experience. They pride themselves on staff expertise and a strong inventory of high-quality products.

Requirements

Minimum High School diploma or equivalent required
Excellent communication skills
Good organization skills
Accuracy in picking and shipping orders
Organized team player with a strong aptitude to performing tasks accurately
Punctual, efficient and professional
Proven ability to work under time constraints and deadlines
Able to lift at least 50 pounds
Team player, adaptable, energetic with a positive attitude
Final candidates will be required to undergo and pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Nice To Haves

Previous warehouse experience desirable
Knowledge of or previous experience in the Plumbing/Electrical industry an asset
Current Forklift Certification desirable
Experience using computer systems

Responsibilities

Accurately receive material and/or pick and ship orders
Ensure all paperwork completed properly and documents maintained for shipping purposes
Organize product efficiently and maintain inventories
Pull products from yard and warehouse as required
Organize space in the warehouse and perform cleaning duties
General warehouse duties and maintenance as needed
Restock materials as and when required
Perform additional tasks, responsibilities, or duties as assigned
