About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Washroom Operator to support the Rental Division. The role is responsible for safely and accurately loading and unloading customer garments and bulk products into industrial washers and dryers. The operator uses washroom equipment to select appropriate wash and dry parameters based on product type, coordinates transfers between washers and dryers, and monitors washroom equipment for proper functioning. Warehouse Associates maintain a clean work area and meet or exceed standards for the quantity and quality of work.

The position is temporary and full-time on the second shift. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and at least 18 years old. Work involves standing for most of the shift, frequent movement and material handling, and working in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment. Employees must follow attendance and safety policies, communicate frequently, learn to use a computer or console, and handle soiled or pungent materials using appropriate protective equipment.

The selection process may include application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout. Candidates who receive a conditional offer must complete a background check and drug screen. A criminal history does not automatically disqualify candidates.

Requirements
