Fetch is redefining multifamily living with services like package delivery, valet trash, Fetch Market, and Fetch Storage. We are a rapidly growing, venture-backed company operating nationwide and are looking for motivated team members to help launch our newest warehouse operations in Alachua, FL. Joining a launch team offers a unique opportunity to build a new operation from the ground up, work with a growing team, and make an immediate impact. Additional locations may be added as we continue to grow.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and organize packages
• Scan and process incoming shipments
• Prepare packages for delivery operations
• Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment
• Support daily operational goals
• Lead daily warehouse operations
• Train and coach warehouse team members
• Monitor productivity, quality, and safety standards
• Support staffing, scheduling, and operational planning
• Drive process improvements and team engagement
