About The Position

Kilian Manufacturing, a Regal Rexnord Company, is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate – Stockroom & Receiving to support our manufacturing operations in Syracuse, NY. This position plays a critical role in ensuring materials, components, and inventory move accurately and efficiently throughout the facility. We are looking for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and has experience with inventory control, material handling, forklift operation, and stockroom activities.

Requirements

Previous warehouse, stockroom, receiving, or material handling experience
Ability to safely lift up to 60 pounds
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Good math skills, including basic calculations and counting
Basic computer skills and data entry experience
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift

Nice To Haves

Forklift experience and/or certification
SAP experience or experience with inventory management/ERP systems
Manufacturing environment experience
Experience with inventory control, cycle counting, and stockroom operations
Shipping and receiving experience

Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and components
Move materials throughout the facility using forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and other material handling equipment
Accurately perform inventory transactions in SAP and other computer systems
Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stockroom practices
Pull and deliver materials to support production schedules
Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
Maintain written and electronic records of material movement
Assist shipping, receiving, assembly, and other departments as needed
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
