Requirements

Attention to detail
Great communication skills
Regularly lift, push, pull and/or move objects 10-50lbs and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh up to 100 lbs.
Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach
Occasionally required to sit and climb (ladders and/ or stairs) or balance
May be subject to environmental conditions. Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes.
May be required to function in narrow aisles or passageways.
Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus.
Time management skills
Able to work well under pressure
Must be able to work well with other staff members and supervisors
Must have an open availability, flexible and able to work various shifts and over time.
Familiarity with safety measures in a warehouse
Maintain and promote workplace safety
Securing and transferring cash or other assets.

Nice To Haves

1–2 years in a warehouse setting
1-2 years Warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Stocking items on the shelves
Ensuring the neat, orderly condition of the warehouse
Receiving merchandise from vendors and other stores and putting them in the proper location on the shelves
Checking off merchandise as received
Correcting mistakes found on the inventory count sheet
Assisting in pulling parts during busy times
Cleaning up inside/outside the warehouse
Working with stock manager to address any problems with orders
Resolving problems with how the warehouse is stocked
Performing miscellaneous projects and other related duties as assigned
