About The Position

Lactalis US Yogurt, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a Warehouse Associate based in Casa Grande, Arizona. The Warehouse Forklift Operator supplies all departments ingredients and packaging material and moves finished goods to the distribution center using a standup forklift. Warehouse Forklift Operators will load and unload trailers, and may be required to pick up, move, and/or manipulate products by hand. Strong written and verbal skills are essential. This is a full-time opportunity with a 12-hour shift (06:00 PM – 06:30 AM) on a 2 – 2 – 3 rotation. The pay is up to $22 per hour, depending on knowledge, skill, and experience, with shift differentials for 2nd shift (10%) and 3rd shift (15%). Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• 6 months to a 1-year experience driving a standup forklift
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Required to stand the entire shift.
• Occasionally required to bend, stack, and move product by hand.
• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to twenty-five pounds and occasionally move more.
• Able to manage a high-stress environment.
• Knowledge of computer fundamentals and strong math skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a dairy processing or food manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with RAF and SAP preferred

Responsibilities

• Moving products safely to and from departments to meet production needs.
• Loading and unloading trailers.
• Picking up, moving, and/or manipulating products by hand.
• Supplying all departments with ingredients and packaging material.
• Moving finished goods to the distribution center using a standup forklift.
