About The Position

Kingz Kimonos is launching a new warehouse in Texas and is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate/Shipping Specialist to support daily operations and ensure efficient order fulfillment. This role involves picking, packing, verifying, and shipping e-commerce orders, managing inventory, supporting Amazon FBA and logistics, maintaining a safe warehouse environment, and serving as a key holder. The position requires collaboration with various teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness in order fulfillment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven warehouse experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment.
  • High school diploma required.
  • Working knowledge of basic computer systems for data entry and order processing.
  • Solid understanding of health, safety, and warehouse hygiene regulations.
  • Basic math and accurate record-keeping abilities.
  • Keen attention to detail with strong organizational habits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to occasionally work overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of BJJ or martial arts is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick, pack, verify, and ship daily e-commerce orders while meeting established quality standards.
  • Prepare customer orders using company packaging standards.
  • Verify order accuracy by confirming SKUs, quantity, sizes, colors, and shipping documentation prior to shipment.
  • Generate, review, and apply shipping labels using warehouse management and shipping software.
  • Process domestic and international shipments through multiple carriers, ensuring compliance with carrier requirements and delivery deadlines.
  • Receive, inspect, unload, and accurately process incoming inventory.
  • Verify purchase orders, packing slips, and received quantities for accuracy.
  • Organize, label stock and replenished inventory in designated warehouse locations.
  • Inspect products for defects, damages, or quality concerns and report discrepancies promptly.
  • Perform cycle counts and assist with periodic inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Help maintain organized inventory locations and support continuous warehouse optimization initiatives.
  • Prepare, label, palletize, and stage Amazon FBA replenishment shipments in accordance with Amazon requirements.
  • Assist with outbound wholesale shipments, retail transfers, and internal inventory movements.
  • Support logistics for tournaments, pop-up shops, trade shows, and special company events by preparing inventory and equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely (training provided).
  • Follow company safety policies, OSHA regulations, and warehouse best practices.
  • Perform additional warehouse duties and special projects as assigned.
  • Serve as a trusted key holder responsible for opening and securing the warehouse facilities.
  • Communicate any operational inventory, maintenance, or security concerns to management promptly.
  • Work closely with warehouse, customer service, and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and attention to detail while handling high-value inventory and customer orders.
