About The Position
R&R Solutions is hiring a Seasonal Warehouse Associate for our Noel, MO facility. In this role, you will handle standard distribution operations alongside hands-on technical tasks, such as disassembling electronic units and supporting inventory management. We operate a fast-paced, safety-first environment focused on teamwork and efficiency.
Requirements
- Ability to consistently lift, push, and move up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to communicate effectively within a team environment.
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Prior warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Basic proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, and inventory tracking software preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, put away, load, and unload products.
- Prepare and pack orders accurately, inspecting products for defects or damage.
- Move inventory safely throughout the warehouse using dollies and pallet jacks.
- Disassemble self-checkout machinery and help to accurately document components in our XPM inventory system.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and strictly adhere to all warehouse safety protocols.
