In this role, you’ll be responsible for picking and packing our wallcovering for clients, reporting to the Sampling Fulfillment Manager and based our headquarters in Fairfield, NJ Monday - Friday 10:30am-7:30pm

Requirements

Must be able to read and analyze documents, reports and computer screens in English
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
Excellent time management

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in fulfillment centers
Previous experience with order picker and reach trucks
Fork lift experience

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and process samples with precision, ensuring they reach their destination on time.
Streamline processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and be a champion for a smooth-running fulfillment operation.
Share ideas with the team and management to create an ever-more efficient sample fulfillment system.
Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
Receive, put away, and replenish inbound inventory with speed and precision.
Reset work area to the 5S standard (Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain).
