Randall Electrical Contractors is currently seeking a hard-working Warehouse Associate / Runner for our Titusville, FL office and on projects along the Space Coast. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience in warehousing is required.
  • A valid Driver’s License with a clean (insurable) driving record is required.
  • Ability to pass background check for job site badging.
  • Ability to pass drug screen.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends to meet customer requirements.
  • Ability to adhere to, implement, and follow safety procedures at all times.
  • Demonstrate a high level of customer service.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Self-starter that can work with little to no supervision.
  • Strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and an ability to learn quickly.

Nice To Haves

  • A working knowledge of electrical components is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving materials: review supplier paperwork, confirm physical material is material ordered, confirm physical material count is quantity ordered
  • Storing materials: once received/confirmed, materials should be stored in the warehouse in a safe and organized manner
  • Staging materials: once materials are requested for projects, create a ‘pick ticket’ for items to be sent to jobsite, prepare items and prepare for shipping
  • Shipping materials: once items are physically removed from building pick ticket shall be signed by recipient
  • Stock materials: a pre-determined stock level of supplies should be maintained, the warehouse shall be responsible to monitor, ensuring a determined quantity
  • Warehouse Housekeeping: keep all exit doors free from product/ debris/garbage, keep all floors swept daily, stored material shall be properly secured, strapped or shrink wrapped. Racking to be inspected daily. Garbage cans to be emptied daily. Outside areas shall be free of garbage, debris and pallets.
  • Tracking and delivery of tools and equipment from jobsite to jobsite as needed.
  • Maintenance of all tools and equipment in good working condition.
  • Truck & equipment shall be inspected daily - create a daily check list.
  • Schedule monthly/regular maintenance.
  • Pick up and deliver materials to/from vendors and job sites.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.
