About The Position

We are seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Associates to support distribution operations for a leading premium yoga apparel brand. This role focuses on order picking, packing, and shipping in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled warehouse environment. Associates play a critical role in ensuring customers receive high-quality products accurately and on time.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or distribution experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required
• Basic technology skills (RF scanner experience is a plus)

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick yoga apparel and accessories using RF scanners or pick lists
• Locate inventory efficiently within assigned warehouse zones
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards
• Pack orders carefully to prevent damage during transit
• Verify order contents for accuracy before sealing shipments
• Label and stage completed packages for outbound shipping
• Perform basic quality checks on merchandise
• Report damaged or missing items to leadership
• Assist with cycle counts or inventory audits as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Support additional warehouse functions as assigned
