About The Position
Frontier Supply Chain Solutions Inc. (Frontier) is a rapidly growing provider of US and Canadian Customs Services, Trade Consulting, Supply Chain Logistics, including parcel and courier delivery. Our facilities in Regina & Saskatoon coordinate all the courier work in Saskatchewan. We are currently seeking part time Warehouse Associate in our Saskatoon warehouse located at 2630 Millar Ave. Under the guidance of the Warehouse Lead, you will assist with package and freight handling/sorting. This is a permanent, part-time position schedule Monday to Friday. Start times vary between 4:00am and 7:00am, with shifts concluding at 11:00am.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a physically demanding warehouse environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment.
- Must be a team players.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada
- Must complete a Criminal Record Check.
Nice To Haves
- Experience operating a forklift, pallet jack or other warehouse material handling equipment is preferred.
- Past experience staging pallets is considered an asset.
Responsibilities
- Performing warehouse package and freight handling/sorting.
- Operating various types of material handling equipment - forklift, pallet jack, dollies.
- Labeling freight, scanning and verifying all shipping paperwork.
- Performing warehouse, equipment & building maintenance.
- Adhering to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Physical work requiring an ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently.
