Warehouse Associate-Order Pulling-Late Shift
About The Position
This role is responsible for ensuring Mouser meets or exceeds customer expectations by meeting and exceeding established quality and accuracy standards. The associate will strictly adhere to all posted procedures, maintain acceptable attendance, and demonstrate a positive, team-oriented demeanor. Key accountabilities include pulling parts from bin boxes or shelving, verifying part numbers, quantity, hardware, date, and lot codes, entering required information into a handheld computer/iPad, repackaging product as requested, reporting issues professionally, meeting customer requirements, and applying and scanning barcodes. The position also involves maintaining a safe working environment, adhering to housekeeping requirements, and representing the company professionally.
Requirements
- Able to use a computer, and handheld computer/iPad (preferred)
- Able to count and match accurately and perform simple math
- Able to read and understand instructions in English
- Strong quality and productivity orientation
- Able to maneuver in aisles 36" wide, stand, walk, bend, reach, twist, grasp, push and pull for 10- 12 hours, and reach, lift and carry products weighing up to 40 pounds from ground level and up to 2' (using stairs and ladders)
- Regular attendance at work is an essential function of the job
- Ability to work overtime and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- May be trained to operate a powered industrial truck (such as wave, forklift and/or pallet jack) (preferred)
- Prior warehouse experience preferred

- Maintains ESD Control for area, as applicable

- Pulls parts from bin box or shelving
