This position involves accurately counting and pulling parts, re-verifying part numbers and quantities, entering information into the system, applying and scanning barcodes, finalizing orders, and placing totes on conveyors. It may also include repackaging parts and returning them to their proper locations. Additionally, the role may involve stocking duties such as scanning products, verifying part numbers and quantities, scanning storage locations, and ensuring proper rotation of inventory. The associate may be required to operate a pushcart and/or carousel. The position emphasizes meeting or exceeding customer expectations for quality, cost, and on-time delivery, achieving quality and productivity goals, and adhering to standard operating procedures. Maintaining acceptable time and attendance, and working overtime as required are also key aspects. A positive, team-oriented attitude, collaboration, and willingness to perform other duties as assigned are expected. The role requires working independently with minimal supervision, a sense of urgency, and a focus on desired results. Ensuring a safe working environment, supporting daily warehouse metrics, performing foreign object detection, and cross-training in other areas are also responsibilities.
