About The Position

The individuals selected for this position are responsible for order selecting and merchandising wholesale products daily. They ensure that we are expediting and stocking wholesale products for our wholesale customers. This role requires attention to detail, physical capability, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The job involves handling products, managing inventory, and ensuring customer orders are accurately and safely prepared for delivery.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in both whole numbers and in fractions and decimals without the aid of calculator or abacus.

Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
Previous experience in order picking preferred.
Familiarity with operating a standing pallet jack and standing fork lift.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Nice To Haves

1-2 years of warehouse experience.
High school diploma or a general education degree (GED).
Experience is sometimes considered the best education.
Counting is a major plus.
Ability to use pallet jack, carts and dollies.
Ability to lift and carry heavy items.
Ability to climb ladders.
Ability to dolly merchandise.
Ability to dolly, push, pull and lift heavy merchandise.

Responsibilities

Order selecting and merchandising wholesale products daily.
Expediting and stocking wholesale products for wholesale customers.
Identifying product by sku, size, varietal, and rack bin location.
Making notes on invoices for variances, changes, and out-of-stock products.
Maintaining control and integrity of the pull cart.
Maintaining neat and orderly product rack areas while order selecting.
Maintaining the pull cart staging area for quick verification.
Packing wholesale order products neatly without damage.
Tagging wholesale customer orders according to quantity of shipment.
Maintaining security and proper usage of all TABC stamps.
Working with and maintaining TABC stamp guns and machines.
Restocking supplies and utilizing equipment when needed.
Informing manager/lead of out-of-stocks or inventory variance.
Working with and maintaining computer equipment.
Assisting in preparation for and execution of inventory.
Practicing teamwork and cooperation with coworkers.
Seeking to continually improve related skills and knowledge.
Undertaking responsibilities with care and attention to detail.
Lifting 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionally.
Properly utilizing a dolly and/or pallet jack.
Pushing or pulling 50-100 pounds regularly.
Carrying out all directives given by the Management Team.
Working in accordance with all safety regulations of Specs Family Partners and OSHA.
Practicing time management skills and prioritizing tasks to meet daily demands.
Ensuring attendance and timeliness.
