About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Loader/Unloader to support the Rental Division. The role involves driving company trucks to designated areas in the facility to unload soiled products, then loading clean uniforms, floor mats, and other customer products onto trucks according to each truck’s designated customer routes. Associates maintain a clean work area and meet or exceed standards for the quantity and quality of products loaded and unloaded. The position requires following attendance and safety policies and working in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures. Employees work in proximity to others for extended periods, may be exposed to hot or cold temperatures and the elements, and handle soiled or pungent materials using appropriate protective equipment. The work involves standing for most of the shift and frequent physical activity, including lifting or moving materials and stretching, bending, squatting, stooping, turning, or reaching. The selection process may include application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout. Candidates receiving a conditional offer must complete a background check and drug screen. A criminal history does not automatically disqualify candidates. This is a regular, full-time position on the second shift.
