About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Loader/Unloader to support the Rental Division. The role involves driving company trucks to designated areas within the facility to unload soiled products, then loading clean uniforms, floor mats, and other customer products onto trucks according to each truck’s designated customer routes. Associates are expected to keep their work area clean and meet or exceed standards for the quantity and quality of products loaded and unloaded.

The position requires working safely near other people for extended periods in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures. Work may involve hot or cold temperatures, exposure to the elements, and handling soiled materials or materials with pungent odors while using appropriate protective equipment. Candidates must meet the stated work eligibility requirements and physical qualifications, with or without reasonable accommodation.

The selection process may include an application and resume review, interviews, and a compensated job tryout. Candidates who receive a conditional offer must complete a background check and drug screen. A criminal history does not automatically disqualify candidates.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.

Responsibilities
