About The Position

Cintas is seeking a Warehouse Associate – Loader/Unloader to support the Rental Division. The role involves driving company trucks to designated areas in the facility to unload soiled products, then loading clean uniforms, floor mats, and other customer products onto trucks according to each truck’s designated customer routes. The position also requires maintaining a clean work area and meeting or exceeding standards for the quantity and quality of products loaded and unloaded.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States before the first day of employment.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Adhere to the attendance policy.
• Be willing to work in safe proximity to other people for extended periods.
• Be willing to work in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment with time pressures to complete work quickly.
• Be comfortable with exposure to hot or cold temperatures and the elements.
• Be willing to handle soiled materials or materials with pungent odors using appropriate protective equipment.
• Be able to stand for most of the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to stretch, bend, squat, stoop, turn, or reach to accomplish work activities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Be able to perform physical activity, including lifting or moving materials, for most of the shift, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities
