We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate Level 1 to support our operations and ensure our customers receive their orders promptly and accurately. Requirements

Ability to speak and read in English.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Strong attention to detail with focus on accuracy
Strong problem solving, time management, and customer service skills.
Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and documentation
Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test where applicable upon hire (not all charges disqualify you for employment)

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
6+ months of stable work experience in a warehouse distribution center (preferred).

Responsibilities

Pick and ship customer orders efficiently from the warehouse
Move freight and materials to designated areas for shipping and storage
Receive incoming products and accurately stock shelves to maintain inventory levels
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
Pack and box items securely in preparation for shipping to customers
Identify, count, & sort packages/inventory with a high level of urgency
Participate in meetings, follow guidance, and provide feedback as appropriate.
Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe workplace for all team members
Other duties as assigned.
