Requirements

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, or automotive parts assembly preferred
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and inventory labels
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physical ability to occasionally lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
• Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
• Commitment to safety and teamwork
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Computer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, or automotive parts assembly preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble automotive parts kits according to specified orders and work instructions
• Pick, pack, and stage parts efficiently to meet daily production and shipping deadlines
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper labeling of parts and kits
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy, reporting any discrepancies or damages
• Operate warehouse equipment such as kit machine, material lifts, pallet jacks, and hand tools safely and effectively
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and improve processes
• Other duties as specified by lead or manager
