About The Position

As a Warehouse Kitting Associate, you will work to efficiently assemble packages of product. You will have the opportunity to cross-train in various functional areas of the warehouse to grow and develop your skills. Requirements

• Ability to effectively communicate both verbal and nonverbal
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to lift 20-30# regularly
• Must be able to stand the entire shift
• Basic computer/data entry skills
• Basic math skills

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Packaging product to the specifications of the customer
• Meet key metrics as defined by Warehouse Manager which may include safety, culture, customer needs, quality, and on-time delivery
• Maintain the safety and security of all associates
• Report to work on time and as scheduled
• Support other key warehouse areas when necessary
• All other duties as assigned
