About The Position

The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for purchasing inventory and pulling materials for technicians. They will also assist with general administrative duties. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and a safe work environment, working closely with both internal and external customers.

Requirements

• High School diploma required
• Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse operational experience
• Prior Forklift Experience Required
• PC skills and inventory and shipping/receiving systems experience required
• Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment
• Must be team-oriented
• Minimum Experience: 4+ years
• Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED

Nice To Haves

• HVAC experience is preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities

• Shipping and receiving inventory
• Storing and ordering materials/equipment
• Controlling and ordering inventory
• Upholds environmental health and safety standards
• Works closely with internal customers (Store Associates and Sales Managers)
• Provides excellent customer service to external customers (mechanical contractors; dealers, owners)
• Drive Forklift
