About The Position

This role is responsible for various warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, picking, and loading product. The associate will ensure accuracy in inventory management, maintain a sanitary work environment, and operate warehouse equipment safely. This position also involves tracking productivity, collaborating on training initiatives, and adhering to company standards and regulations.

Requirements

  • High School diploma, GED, or equivalency required.
  • Ability to use forklift, pallet jacks, and reach truck with proper training.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Must be able to successfully pass all preliminary employment requirements (i.e., background check and drug screen).
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Adhere to strict appearance and uniform guidelines.
  • Must be able to safely lift 50 lbs. frequently and up to 75 lbs. occasionally.
  • Must be able to remain on your feet for prolonged periods of time.
  • Forklift operation requires the ability to hear warehouse activity.
  • Must be able to read at a distance, close to the eyes, and at arm’s length with or without correction.
  • Forklift operation requires distance vision.
  • Correctly identify and record lot and serial numbers.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a cGMP compliant environment is a plus.
  • Experience with warehouse or supply chain environments and transportation is a plus.
  • Experience utilizing RF Guns/Scanners is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Work scheduled shifts based on availability.
  • Receive incoming product and verify against purchase orders for accuracy.
  • Ensure all merchandise is properly tallied and tagged with a receiving date.
  • Document temperatures for inbound refrigerated products.
  • Ensure proper stocking of all slots and correct stacking of overstock.
  • Rotate stock according to Work Instruction (WI) or Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) requirements.
  • Pick product as specified on pick sheets.
  • Load product onto trailers as directed by the Supervisor.
  • Operate all Company warehouse equipment safely and reliably.
  • Report all equipment failures to the Supervisor.
  • Maintain warehouse sanitation according to Company standards.
  • Track time spent on assignments for daily productivity reporting.
  • Collaborate with the OD Trainer and Operations to facilitate training aligned with CQ weekly reporting.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
