About The Position

The Warehouse Associate III prepares automotive glass for distribution to field operation teams, performing warehouse functions to meet shipping timelines and ensure the right parts reach the right team members. The role primarily involves picking glass orders, receiving and shipping inventory, and maintaining a safe, secure, and clean work area. It may also involve delivering automotive glass, accessories, and parts to store locations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state-issued driver's license and any other licenses required by applicable laws to operate a company vehicle; must pass a Motor Vehicle Records check.
• Experience with material handling equipment, including order pickers, forklifts, and reach trucks.
• For employees hired to operate an order picker, weight must be under 300 pounds to comply with equipment specifications and safety regulations.
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks moving or raising objects weighing up to 35 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working in varying environmental conditions, including seasonal heat or cold, and remaining stationary for long shifts.
• Punctuality and consistent attendance.
• Positive attitude and focus on exceptional service.

• Order picker experience is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and obtain certification on material handling equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, and order pickers raised to heights of up to 40 feet.
• Use handheld RF scanners to receive, pick, ship, or locate inventory, primarily picking glass orders.
• Occasionally drive and deliver automotive glass, accessories, and parts to store locations.
• Follow safety and personal protective equipment requirements.
• Assist with offloading tractor trailers by hand or forklift.
• Maintain a secure and clean work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
