Receives, distributes, and maintains materials within stores and conducts inventory processes in a timely and efficient fashion ensuring quality standards are attained. This role involves dispositions and resolves receiving/grief issues, maintains inventory accuracy through daily spot checks and produces cycle count sheets, and responds to material requests from production. The associate will support the Lead/Supervisor in organizing team members to meet program expectations and serve as backup as needed. They will perform inspections on incoming materials to validate goods are as ordered and proper documentation has been provided, and follow proper procedures to disposition discrepancies. Additionally, the role includes labeling and identifying materials for quick retrieval and traceability within the stores warehouse, entering receiving/issuing transactions into the ERP system, and assisting the Quality department with traceability requirements. The associate will also pick up and deliver materials from various locations, prepare and package materials for shipment, and contribute to the materials management reporting systems. Maintaining a neat, organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines including those for Hazardous Materials, and maintaining regular attendance are also key responsibilities. Other duties as assigned.
