About The Position

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries and the largest manufacturer of tile and natural stone in the United States, is seeking an exceptional Warehouse Associate II to join their team. This role involves a variety of material handling duties, including receiving, loading/unloading material, pulling/assembling customer orders, and conducting inventory checks. The position requires the daily use of forklift equipment. Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent experience.
Certified Forklift Operator.
Basic math skills
Organization skills
Customer service skills
Fluency in English
Detail-oriented
Safety-conscious

Nice To Haves

3+ years of previous warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of material handling duties associated with the warehouse.
Pull/assemble customer orders.
Check outbound orders for accuracy/completeness.
Conduct inventory stock checks.
Restock and label vendor products.
Maintain displays (tools, caulk, etc.).
Move, store, and replenish material.
Conduct daily cycle counts.
Receive and unload inbound material.
Process inbound shipments and stock material.
Process customer returns.
Notify management of damaged shipments for freight claims.
Operate forklift equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized facility by sweeping, trash removal, restroom, and general office maintenance.
May wait on customers and prepare sales slips.
Maintain a safe working environment by obeying all safety rules and reporting all accidents, unsafe conditions, and acts to Management.
Perform other related duties as required.
